Terms & Conditions

  • To guarantee your reservation, it must be paid in full before the day of the service.

  • All rental services require a credit card guarantee or a cash deposit. Clik here for Rates.

  • We accept all major Credit Cards via PayPal Secure Payments.

MobilityXpress Refund and Change Policy

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours prior to the commencement of the rental pickup time will be granted a full refund.

  • Cancellations requested within 47 hours of the rental pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee equating to 25% of the total rental period.

  • Cancellations requests after and/or during the rental start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the days remaining to complete your rental.

  • Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for processing.

  • Lost key replacement – $20

  • Lost charger replacement – $150

Costs of Damages to Medical Equipment

  • Tire Puncture – $10

  • Armrest Detached/Broken – $20

General Info Including Delivery

How is the rental process?
1.- We deliver the equipment to your hotel on the day of your arrival.
2.- If you require assistance, you can call the phone number printed on your receipt.
3.- If you need to extend the rental of the equipment, there will be an extra charge and you must request it in advance through our whats app to verify availability.
4.- Schedule the delivery of your equipment 24 hours before your check out.
5.- The deposit will be refunded once it is verified that it is in good condition.
Wow can I change, extend or upgrade my existing reservation?

Does MobilityXpress deliver to the Parks?
MobilityXpress delivers to area hotels and resorts, we do not deliver directly to the parks. While at the park, you may also rent from available mobility equipment located onsite for the day.
Will my credit card information be stored on your system?
We use a secure transaction system that does not store credit card information.

Mobility Operation

How long does the Scooter/Wheelchair battery last?

Most batteries last a full day of fun and exploration. However, the weight, the maximum speed and the terrain may impact battery life. We suggest turning off the ECV when not in use. Be sure to carry the key with you.

Where can I charge the Scooter/WheelChair ?
The Scooter/WheelChair can be charged using any 110v wall outlet. Once you are done for the day, charge the Scooter/WheelChair overnight to ensure a full battery. All Scooter/WheelChair have an light battery indicator on the dashboard to show charge level.
Do Can Scooter/WheelChair get wet ?
It is highly recommended that the Scooter/WheelChair does not get wet. Also, please refrain from driving through puddled areas.
Why the scooter dont work as expected! (dont move)

Please be shure the scooter mode at the botton/back is correctly selected (Drive Mode "D").
